What is the Return/Exchange Policy?

Accent Me accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you have additional questions please contact customer support via email accentmeaccessories@gmail.com.

How do I return?

• Contact customer support with your order number, phone number, and details, photos. 
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

• Within 14 days from the date of purchase
• In unused and resellable condition
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-returnable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom Items
• Sale items 

Warranties are only honored with warranty cards. 

Holiday Return/Exchange Policy: During the holiday season, orders shipped and delivered between November 1, 2020, and December 25, 2020, can be returned up until January 14, 2021. In order to make a return, your returned items must be in perfect condition and will be subject to inspection. If the items do not pass inspection, our returns department can reject the return request.

SOLID GOLD:

Solid Gold items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Solid Gold items are subject to repair only at a fee of $99. Please contact our customer support to receive the Authorization Form. Apparel is returnable within 14 days of purchase, if it is in unworn

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

How do I ship back the items?
